Rosemarye Taylor, Ph.D. is an author and education expert with a background that spans learning and leadership from PreK through Grade 12 as well as higher education. For the bulk of her career, Dr. Taylor has focused on systematic leadership to strengthen student achievement, literacy in particular. Her articles have regularly appeared in respected journals and publications, and she has authored and co-authored books on transforming learning, teaching, and leading to align with the latest science of pedagogy. Through inspirational and evidence-based collaboration, we can equip a new generation with the empathy and expertise to be the thoughtful stewards of our future.

During her long tenure at Orange County Public Schools in Florida, Dr. Taylor supervised and supported middle and high school principals and led the development of a curriculum system aligned to standards. Since joining the University of Central Florida as a professor of educational leadership, she has collaborated with schools and districts to improve teacher and leader’s planning, implementation, and evaluation expertise.
